First what is Stand Up Paddle? That is fun for everybody because everyone can practise it his own way. In concrete terms it is a giant surfboard on which you can stand, and that you move with a paddle. You can practise on flatwater as well as on waves.
We offer outstanding SUP trips around Bras d'Eau. You will be among the lucky ones to explore the beautiful mangroves of the Ile aux Cerfs island and of Bras d'Eau, both out of reach otherwise. The most adventurous would also surf the small waves of Poste Lafayette or Trou d'Eau Douce.

The "SUP Initiation" and "SUP Trips" are very easy.
Children can have their own SUP board as from 8 years, children below 30kg can sit on the SUP board of one adult.
